Ordering Information

Refund/Exchange Policy:

Please choose carefully as we do not refund for “change of mind”. If you order the wrong size we are happy to exchange for another size, but you will have to pay the shipping both ways. If we make an error however, or the product is faulty, we will give a complete refund or exchange and pay for shipping. View our full refund policy here.

Shipping Costs:

All orders are sent via Australia Post. Shipping is worked out at 10% of the total order cost with a minimum cost of $10 and a maximum (no matter how much you order) of $20. (We’ll cover the rest).

Dispatch Times:

Orders received by 3pm (Queensland Time, please take note we don’t have Daylight Saving in Summer) Monday to Friday will be sent same day as long as the product is in stock (most are). Of course this does not include public holidays; we like our holidays too! Orders received after 3pm Friday and other weekend orders are sent on the Monday. Any items not in stock will be placed on back-order and sent as soon as they arrive in-store unless you tell us otherwise (by phone, email or snail-mail). We will email confirmation and a tracking number the day after your order is sent.

Shipping Times:

This depends on where you are! We find that Australia Post is quite efficient (despite what many people believe) and we will not tell you that an order “must be lost in the post” when the truth is it simply hasn’t been sent. We cannot be held responsible for delays out of our control however.
We find that most Queensland orders are delivered in 2-4 working days. So if you order something Sunday night, we’ll send it Monday afternoon and you should receive it Wednesday, or by Friday if you’re off the beaten track. Of course if you live somewhere out back of Birdsville it could take longer.
NSW, ACT and Victoria take from 2-5 working days, again depending on whether you’re city or country. SA, WA, Tassie and the NT take about 5-7 working days.

Don’t have a credit card? You can pay by Money Order, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Direct Deposit, PayPal or Zip Pay. We do not ship C.O.D.

Security/Privacy:

Your details are guaranteed secure. We do not have access to your credit card details and do not keep them in the shop database. We do keep your name, address and order details to facilitate customer service, but we will never send you unsolicited emails or snail-mail advertising etc., and will never give or sell your details to anyone else.

Sorry, we DO NOT wholesale or give discounts to onsellers or clubs.
We keep our prices as LOW as possible so that ALL our customers benefit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell helmets?

Yes, we do, but not online. They need to fit perfectly and the only way to ensure that is try them on. Visit us in-store to find your perfect fit.

Do you ship Australia Wide?

Yes, we ship Australia wide. All orders are sent via Australia Post. 

Do you have a physical retail store?

 

Yes, we are located at 71 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg.
